Arrival Baghdogra/Hasimara

Pick up from Bagdogra and transfer to Phuentsholing..Dinner & over night stay at Phuentsholing.

Day2: 29 MAY

Phuentsholing–Thimphu(176kms/6hr)

Early morning soon after breakfast check out from hotel & proceed for immigration.After immigration and proceed to Thimphu(176Km Journey by Road/7,710 ft.) thecapital city of Bhutan. On arrival check in at the hotel.Dinner & overnight atThimphu.
Note: For immigration process, you are requested to carry 02 copy passport sizephoto along with the Xerox copy of Passport/Voter ID card

Day3: 30 MAY

Thimphu Sightseeing

Thimphu the capital of Bhutan is a home of Royal family. After breakfast visit Tashichhodzong, the main secretariat building which houses the throne room of HisMajesty,the king. Viewof the Thimphu valley from BBSTower is very captivatingand will prove to be the perfect introduction to Thimphu. Some of the sites of religious nature are National Memorial Chorten; built in 1974 it was raised in the memory of third King. Next visit one of the oldest monasteries in the valley- Chang Gangkha Monastery. The nature and wildlife lovers should not miss a visit to National Zoo which also houses national animal takin. National Library (collections of holy scripts) & in the evening visit Buddha point.Dinner & overnight at Thimphu.

Day4: 31 MAY

Thimphu– Punakha

Morning, after breakfast check out from hotel then drive to Punakha. Almost 87 km byroad journey will take 3 to 3 ½ hr .Situated at an altitude of 1300m/4265ft. Later in the afternoon visit the PunakhaDzong. Later embark on a short interesting walking excursion to ChimiLhakhang. Dinner & overnight at the hotel in Punakha.

Day5: 01 JUNE

PUNAKHA-Paro

After breakfast Transfer To Paro. Arrive free for leisure.Evening takea stroll arround Paromain street, exploring its local shops and market area. Dinner & overnight stay at Paro.

Day6: 02 JUNE

ParoLocal

After breakfast visit to TaktsangDzong, Ta Dzong, once a fortified lookout tower that is now the National Museum.Then walkdown the trail to visit the RinpungDzong meaning"fortress of the heap of jewels". Next visit KichuLhakhang, the oldest temple in the country. From there you will be taken to the DrugyalDzong (Bhutan Victory Fort), Then visit to CHELELA VALLY. Dinner & overnight stay will be at Paro.

Day7: 03 JUNE

Paro–Siliguri(315kms/8½hrs)

After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to Siliguri. Almost 315km road journey will take 8½ to 9hrs. On arrival at Siliguri check into hotel.Dinner & overnight stay at Siliguri hotel.

Day8: 04 JUNE

Departure Siliguri-Njp

After breakfast check out from hotel and then will drop you at Bagdogra Airport for onward journey to Home with the memories of Bhutan.

Meals Timings must be followed asper the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meal sweshall not be responsible.
We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
We may have to re-schedule the sight seeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular days to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event.
No discount will be provided after confirmation.

BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS

You can confirm your booking in our tour by paying a deposit of Rs. 30,000/- perperson
Balance payment by cheque / cash should be paid 35 days prior to Departure ofthe tour.
No Tickets or Final confirmation will be given until the full payment is made.
If anybody fails to pay the balance amount before 35 days, he shall be deemed as cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
If we cancel the tour, then we shall refund the amount. But if we are forced to cancel the tour due to the Natural calamities, riots, bandhs,Strike etc. than we shall Refund the tour cost after deducting Airlinescancellation charges (as per airlines cancelation policy) and hotel cancellation (as per hotel policy).
During travel dates if any agitation or riots takes place, but in spite ofthat if flights and hotels are operational then no refund will be applicable.
If the passenger wants to cancel the tour he shall have to make a written application to our office and we shall refund the tour cost.
After deducting cancellation charges as under:
1. Before 30 days (ONE MONTH) 100% of the tour cost.

Terms & Conditions

The Normal Check in time at all hotels is 12 Noon. Only in case the vacant room is available then it would be allotted on arrival
Hotels may change as per availability of rooms.
There would be no refund for the road blocks due to natural calamity. The alternate accommodation Cost at due to the same should be bear by the passengerdirectly.
The Vehicle will not wait at Market and will not do any sightseeing that is not mentionedin the itinerary. Those wishing to do can do so by paying extra charges directly.
Route changes are possible in the above itinerary.
Room allotment will be as per availability at the time of check in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
Food menu as per availability of vegetables.
The vehicle will not be at passenger’s disposal and will only do sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary (STRICTLY).
Company will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weatheror any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport insuch cases will have to be borne by passenger.
No refund for unused transportation or Services.
In Bhutan we will provide hotel food only.
